Monthly we will meet two herbs in their simple, tea form to create a deeper connection with nature, with her herbal gifts, to others and ourselves. Each herb is chosen with seasonal and lunar positions in mind and consumption is considered safe for most. The silent tea meditation lasts 30 min. with an optional 15 min. of sharing experience, journaling, chatting with attendees or myself.
I will be serving Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), January 6th & 13th and Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), January 20th and 27th. Information about each herb will be shared with attendees as a take home profile card.
This meditation gathering welcomes donations. Half of donation proceeds will be passed to Solid Ground the month of January.
